TU-160 White Swan - the Russia's Beautiful Deadly Long Range Bomber

Tupolev Tu-160 Beliey Lebed atau Angsa Putih(Rusia: Туполев Ту-160, Nama NATO : Blackjack) adalah pesawat pembom supersonik sayap rendah (low wing) dengan sayap sweep variabel yang dirancang oleh Tupolev pada tahun 1980. Pesawat ini dioperasikan oleh Angkatan Udara Rusia, dengan jumlah pesawat sebanyak 16 unit.
TU-160 White Swan merupakan pesawat yang terbesar dalam sejarah penerbangan militer, untuk kategori pesawat supersonik dan pesawat dengan sayap geometri variabel. Pesawat ini juga merupakan pesawat tempur terberat di dunia yang berjenis pembom terbesar. Di antara para pilot pesawat ini dijuluki sebagai "White Swan".
Pesawat ini mulai bertugas pada tahun 1987, dan merupakan pesawat pembom strategis terakhir yang dirancang khusus untuk Uni Soviet.
Pada tanggal 17 November 2015, Rusia mulai menggunakan Tu-160, Tu-95 dan Tu-22m pembom Strategis jarak jauh terhadap sasaran di Suriah, bersama dengan rudal jelajah Kalibr ditembakkan dari Mediterania. Ini menandai debut tempur Tu-160 dan Tu-95.
